Foundation planning for structures requires appropriate data gathering, geotechnical engineering knowledge and engineering judgment. R&R Engineering provides a full range of services relating to geotechnical engineering including analysis, design of foundation systems and foundation inspections.

Our services include the following:

1. Drilling Services including Standard Penetration Tests (SPT) tests and spilt spoon sampling techniques using either a mini drilling rig (for confined drilling areas) or truck mounted drill rig.
2. Engineering services and foundation studies to analyze and evaluate the most cost-effective foundation solutions.
3. Providing preliminary and final foundation design recommendations including conventional spread footing foundations, pile foundations, driven precast concrete pile foundations, driven timber pile foundations, ground improvement using vibro-replacement techniques, and foundation underpinning.
